The Roof is Complete

Over the past two weeks, work has continued on the exterior of the Chadar Ochel. Here's an update:

-The roof is now on the building, most of the siding is on, and the entrances are being framed.

-We expect the windows and doors to be installed in the next couple of days.

-The septic system (including tanks, pumps, grease interceptors, piping) has been installed and is now underground.

-The landscaping and restoration of the kikar area are in progress.

-The electrician and plumber are working in the kitchen putting in wiring and piping.

-On Monday, final measurements will be taken for the coolers and freezers, which are being custom-built and will be sent up to camp in January.

-A lot is happening at camp!
