  • Campers Say Goodbye to Machane Ramah

    The summer here in the North Woods of Wisconsin is drawing to a close. Today the campers packed, wrote bus notes, lined up at the Marp [infirmary] for a last checkup, and made their cabin plaques. Though most will return next summer, it is always sad to come to the end of a great experience. Campers shared what they'll miss about camp during the year.

  • Nivonim Speeches

    The last Shabbat of camp, two peer-elected Nivonimers deliver speeches about their respective Ramah journeys. This year, the camp had the privilege of hearing speeches from Rachel C. and Brett K., who eloquently spoke about their love for Camp Ramah and how Ramah helped them grow as individuals. We wish them and the entire aidah of Nivonim a safe sojourn on the next part of their Ramah experience.

  • Campers Perform in the Rikudiah! (Dance Festival)

    On Thursday night, campers (and staff) from every aidah participated in the Rikudiah, camp's annual dance festival. The theme this year was, "Rikud Hoo Sfat Halev," which translates into, "Dance is the language of the heart." The dances reflected that theme, and all performers dressed in variations of black, white, and red. The Rikudiah showed off the hard work of all the dancers, who practiced this entire month!

  • Tikvah Voices

    Tikvah, the aidah for campers with special needs, has had an amazing summer, full of growth and learning. Campers take part in all aspects of camp and then some, including drama, art, swimming, sports, baking and cooking. On Tuesday night, Tikvah put on the play "Little Shop of Horrors" with Machon. Here, Tikvah campers share the highlights of their summers.
