Located in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin, Camp Ramah offers children ages 9-16 an opportunity to feel a part of the "great outdoors." Campers swim in Lake Buckatabon, hike in the surrounding woods and explore the bog located within the borders of our camp property.
In addition to formal Hebrew and Judaic classes, each camper chooses from the following activities designed to teach new skills, build abilities and increase self-esteem.

Red Cross swim instruction program including Lifeguard Training, rowboating, canoeing, sailing, kayaking and Aqua Trampoline Jump.

Basketball, tennis, softball, aerobics, volleyball, running, soccer, ga-ga, self-defense
"I like the variety of sports here. You're challenged by different people of all ages and taught by experienced
professionals. I play travel basketball at home and here learn new skills from incredible coaches. The drills I do at camp help me prepare for the basketball season at home."

An eleven-element high ropes course that includes a quad of six different elements all between 25 and 40 feet off the ground. We also have a 40-foot climbing wall with a zip line off the top of it.

Broadcasting, shortwave, webcasting and other technical skills in our brand-new digital radio station.

Painting, drawing, ceramics, woodworking, photography, jewelry making, copper enameling and batik.

Acting, scenery and costume making, musical productions.
Northwoods Ramah Theater where campers can work with professional actors.

Creative, modern, Israel folk dancing and drama choreography.

Choir, instrumental instruction and performance including guitar, piano and drums.

Nature hikes, canoe and hiking trips, cookouts, Jewish ecology, challenge course and campfires.

Hebrew language and Judaica classes, both formal and informal, covering classical texts as well as modern subjects.
